| HEAVEN
At Mickey Dee's the other night. I met a girl from
Campus Life. She asked a
question that stumped me cold. Even though I searched deep down in my soul.
I thought of a hundred things I could say. But none of them seem to fit the
right way. So I asked the LORD that very night. If I could see Heaven and
HIS Glorious Light. HE took me by the hand, and my friend it felt so grand.
Down through the valley we did walk. Just me and the Lord, having a good
talk. We came upon a beautiful stream. The Glory I felt, one can only
dream. I asked the LORD what's this I feel. HE said; It's My Spirit. Please
drink and be filled. As I drank and swallow it down. We both rose up from
the ground. Within a twinkling of an eye. We were lifted high into the sky.
And there before me was a glorious sight. It was HIS temple, filled with
HIS LIGHT. We came into the courtyard ground. And there HIS angels were
standing all around. There by the altar stood one so fair, with soft blue
eyes and golden blond hair. We climbed the steps to the door and stood upon
a crystal floor. My heart was happy and filled with Joy. My GOD I felt like
a little boy. I can't explain just what I felt. But HIS LOVE inside just
made my heart melt. And there the LORD left me all alone, but I felt HIM
drawing me towards HIS throne. And there HE sat before my eyes. HIS Head
reached up towards the sky. I beheld HIS GLORY and HIS beautiful light. Ah
my friend what a beautiful sight. And then it was ended. I was back at
home. Sitting there all alone. Well my friend it was a glorious sight. But
it was nothing compared to HIS LIGHT. So now if you ask me what Heaven is
like. It's the LORD'S GODS' BEAUTY and HIS GLORIOUS LIGHT.
